Aferdita – The female voice at VMC & my journey to inner balance
"Women often carry so much within them – in their bodies, in their minds and in their hearts."
I want to talk about what remains invisible for a long time.
Chapter 1 – The Beginning of My Transformation
Like many women, I too have experienced that at some point the body begins to react differently:
Mood swings
hormonal roller coasters
Stress that suddenly had a deeper effect
Sleep that no longer provided restorative relief
a belly that behaved unusually
and a feeling that "something is no longer right"
I was in the prime of life – and at the same time searching for myself.
It was a period of change that many women are familiar with:
The subtle signs of menopause.
The mental strain of balancing everyday life, responsibility, work, and emotions.
The question is: Who am I really when my body changes?
Chapter 2 – Why I became part of VMC
While Norman was going through his own health crisis, I witnessed firsthand just how deep the connection between hormones, emotions, gut, stress and life energy really is.
The more we researched together, the clearer it became to me:
Women need their own language in the healthcare world.
One that reflects their reality.
Your hormones. Your emotions. Your burdens.
I felt that I could be exactly that bridge.
Chapter 3 – My Own Path as a Woman
I learned to understand my body in a new way:
Why stress affects my digestion
why hormonal changes shaped my mood
why sleep and the nervous system are inextricably linked
why menopause is not a problem, but a transition
how strongly mental patterns affect the female body
The realization that changed everything:
"The female body speaks – we just need to learn to listen."
Chapter 4 – My Role at VMC
Today I am bringing in what is often missing in the traditional healthcare world:
**The female perspective.
The emotional level.
Mental strength.
Inner balance.**
My focus at VMC is on topics that deeply affect women:
Menopause & Hormonal Chaos
mental strain & stress regulation
emotional balance
Gut & Gut Feeling
Self-esteem & Life Balance
feminine energy & modern femininity
practical tools for everyday life
I speak openly about what women often carry silently within them.
Chapter 5 – Why I do what I do
Because I myself have experienced what it's like when:
the body sends subtle warning signals
The mind becomes exhausted faster than the body.
everyday life becomes harder than necessary
one loses oneself internally
One wonders: "Am I still me?"
I want to help women reconnect with their own bodies – with knowledge, calm, and genuine understanding.
Chapter 6 – My First Big Project at VMC
I am currently writing an e-book about menopause –
not scientifically detached, but from real experience:
personal
warm
honest
practical
A guide for women who want to embark on their journey of change.
Chapter 7 – Who I am today
A woman who has learned to listen to her body
A partner who walks the VMC path together with Norman
A voice for balance, emotions, and mental strength
A co-author who understands women
A woman who wants to share her experiences
