Vital Mind Coach offers digital coaching on health, nutrition, mental balance, sports, and regeneration. Services include:

• Access to personalized, digital coaching content

• interactive coaching plans (e.g. daily plans, training plans, nutritional recommendations)

• if necessary, automated support from a digital coach (CustomGPT)

• Blog posts and email support with further information

3. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded by placing an order via the website and confirming it via email. There is no entitlement to participation.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices include VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website (e.g., PayPal, credit card).

5. Rights of use

The content provided is protected by copyright. It may only be used for private purposes and may not be redistributed, reproduced, or made publicly available.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right expires once execution has begun and the user expressly agrees that their right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of execution (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code).

The content of the coaching sessions does not constitute medical advice. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Liability for damages resulting from the use of the content is excluded unless there is gross negligence or intent.

9. Availability

Coaching services are generally available 24/7. However, maintenance periods or technical disruptions may occur. No guarantee of constant availability is given.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Ludwigsburg, to the extent permissible. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
