✖️ Preparation – step by step
Peel the sweet potato and cut into 1 cm cubes .
Fry in a pan with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil for about 5 minutes .
Cut the broccoli into florets and add it with a little water . Steam for 5 minutes.
Rinse the red lentils , add them and cook with 100 ml of water for about 10 minutes .
Season with lemon juice , salt , turmeric and pepper .
Arrange on a plate and garnish with 1 tablespoon of crushed flaxseed .
