Morning porridge with glutamine & flaxseed

👩🍳 Preparation (6 steps)

  1. Boil water/plant milk

  2. Stir in millet flakes , simmer for 5 minutes

  3. Stir in flaxseed & psyllium husks

  4. Turn off the stove, stir in glutamine & cinnamon

  5. Let it swell for 2 minutes

  6. Garnish with blueberries and enjoy lukewarm
