👨🍳 Instructions – Step by Step
Cook the rice in salted water (about 15 min).
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
Cut beef into small cubes, add and brown lightly.
Deglaze with a bit of water, stir in paprika paste, simmer for 10 min.
Add bell pepper (diced) and cook another 5 min.
Season and serve with the garlic rice.
