👨🍳 Preparation – step by step
Mix the dough from buckwheat flour, egg, water, and a little salt until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes .
Heat olive oil in a pan. Finely dice the onion and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add the minced lamb , season with turmeric, caraway, salt, and pepper . Cook for another 5–7 minutes .
Bake 1 large flatbread from the dough in a non-stick pan ( 2-3 minutes per side ).
Place the filling in the middle, fold the noodles or roll them up.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
